Founded in 1992 by veteran technician James O’Connor, who spent over a decade working on industrial and commercial systems across Chicago's South Side, the company became known for handling rare equipment—especially old-model York and Carrier units with obsolete parts. When other contractors walked away from jobs involving these hard-to-source systems, James would track down original components or develop custom solutions to keep clients’ facilities running.
